This virtual course* will provide delegates with a core understanding of MiFIR transaction reporting requirements. It covers the regulatory drivers, the reporting scope, trading scenarios and the key fields that comprise a MiFID transaction report.
*Please note we are running this course virtually over two days, split into two 2 hour sessions.
The course is primarily aimed at compliance and operations staff, but it will benefit anyone involved in the MiFID reporting process.
Learners will gain a greater understanding of the MiFIR transaction reporting requirements to reduce the risk of inaccurate reporting which can lead to large remediation projects and regulatory sanctions.

David is a leading expert on MiFIR transaction reporting and EMIR trade reporting with 35+ years of financial services experience. He shaped transaction reporting rules as Technical Specialist at the FSA, where he was the UK’s European representative. Former roles include Head of Transaction Reporting at Credit Suisse and Head of Compliance for LSE’s UnaVista. David developed industry-accredited training courses and serves as independent non-executive director of KOR Reporting.
