Our employees are core to our success and it’s their commitment and innovation that have driven the tremendous growth we have seen since Kaizen was established in 2013.

Our commitment

At Kaizen we are committed to creating a positive working environment and supporting our people.

We do this in a number of different ways from establishing a flexible working environment to providing ongoing training opportunities. During the pandemic, to maintain morale, we launched a ‘Build Your Skills’ initiative to encourage employees to take up a new hobby, develop an existing skill or undertake a new training programme (work or non-work related). Following its success we adopted it as permanent benefit for employees.

Our values

  • Innovate and dare greatly — be creative and curious and question everything in order to achieve continuous improvement
  • Adaptability — embrace change, seek knowledge and adapt your style so that you are open to new opportunities
  • Honestly always — being open and transparent and acting with integrity is core to working at Kaizen
  • Collaborate — be selfless and help others so that together we can achieve awesome things!
  • No egos and no jerks — we operate a flat structure so that everyone is treated fairly

Employee engagement

We reach out to employees for their feeback and engagement.

Every other week, we reach out to employees with a short online survey to gather their feedback on a range of matters to increase employee engagement in the running of the business, ensuring that employee’s voices are heard as they share in the mission and growth of the company.

Our apprenticeship programme

Our employees are core to our success we believe in creating new opportunities for existing employees and new recruits.

We launched our apprenticeship scheme soon after establishing the company. All of our apprentices have become permanent employees and thanks to the programme, we have recruited  both school leavers and graduates, providing them with training and lifelong skills to build their future careers.

Our employee-driven values help drive our flexible and innovative working environment which fosters a culture of hard work, integrity and encouraging new ideas through the concept of continuous improvement and innovation.

This is the meaning of ‘Kaizen’.
