He spent 15 years at the London Stock Exchange Group where he was a founding member of their regulatory reporting platform, UnaVista (now LSEG Regulatory Reporting Solutions). His ethos is to always champion the customer’s voice and he is passionate about creating great customer experiences and making complex challenges simpler.
