Sam is responsible for our product strategy and roadmap, with a focus on client value and the continued development of our Kaizen Hub assurance platform.

Sam joined Kaizen after more than 15 years at DTCC, where he most recently served as Executive Director, Product Management. He brings extensive experience across regulatory reporting, post-trade services and product development, together with experience in digital transformation and the application of AI within financial services.

With deep knowledge of regulatory reporting and the challenges facing financial institutions, Sam works closely with clients and teams across Kaizen to help shape products and technology that make regulatory reporting assurance easier to use and act on.
