Rob is a commercially driven finance executive with a strong track record of scaling high-growth technology and fintech businesses and delivering successful shareholder outcomes.

Before joining Kaizen in September 2026, Rob was Chief Financial Officer at SteelEye, where he led the company’s financial strategy through a period of rapid expansion, securing significant Series B funding, and preparing the business for private equity investment.

Prior to this, he played a pivotal role in multiple successful exits, including the sale of RegTek Solutions to Bloomberg and YouDevise (TIM Group) to ION, while also driving strategic growth, operational improvements, and international expansion.

Earlier in his career, he contributed to the sale and integration of Isis Telecommunications into Vodafone and developed deep expertise in turnaround and advisory work at Barclays and BDO. Over more than two decades, Rob has built a reputation for delivering value creation, leading complex transactions, and partnering with founders and investors to achieve sustainable growth and successful exits.
