Michael Leach is CEO of Kaizen Reporting, leading the company through its next phase of growth and its evolution into a platform-led regulatory reporting assurance business.

Michael joined Kaizen as Chief Revenue Officer in June 2025 and was appointed CEO in January 2026. He is responsible for driving Kaizen’s growth strategy, expanding its global market presence and strengthening the value it delivers to clients through continued investment in technology, innovation and service excellence.

A key focus is the development of Kaizen’s connected platform, the Kaizen Hub, which brings together regulatory expertise and forensic testing, with analytics and workflow capabilities to help financial institutions manage and strengthen reporting governance and controls.

Before joining Kaizen, Michael spent 18 years at London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), where he was one of the original founders of UnaVista, now known as LSEG Regulatory Reporting Solutions. He played a pivotal role in developing UnaVista into a globally recognised brand and brings extensive regulatory reporting expertise, alongside a strong track record of building high-performing commercial teams and expanding market reach internationally.
