Michael Leach is CEO of Kaizen Reporting, with a focus on driving revenue growth and supporting our market expansion objectives across our regulatory reporting solutions. 

Before joining Kaizen, Michael spent 18 years at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), where he played a pivotal role in building UnaVista (now LSEG Regulatory Reporting Solutions) into a global brand. Michael was one of the original founders of UnaVista and has extensive knowledge of the regulatory reporting industry, having demonstrated proven expertise in building successful sales teams and expanding market reach on a global scale.
