Gene co-leads Guidepost Growth Equity’s investing efforts in the infrastructure software and tech-enabled services sectors.

Previously, Gene was a General Partner with Symmetric Capital, a Boston-based growth equity firm. He began his investing career at Summit Partners, where he focused on software and tech-enabled services.

Gene earned a B.A. cum laude in Economics from Amherst College, where he was a member of the varsity football and lacrosse teams. He also received his M.B.A from Harvard Business School. He remains active at both schools and his high school, Choate Rosemary Hall.
