Andy is a derivatives professional with over 30 years’ experience working across new business development, regulation & reporting, operations and middle office.

Prior to joining Kaizen, Andy worked for Droit, RegTek Solutions and DTCC where he led the development and delivery of the first equity derivatives trade repository, as well as the creation of the Global Trade Repository’s Sales and Relationship Management function.
