Kaizen appoints Rob Bernstein as Chief Financial Officer to support next phase of growth

London – Kaizen, the regulatory reporting assurance specialist, has appointed Rob Bernstein as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as the company continues to scale its business and invest in its next phase of growth.

Bernstein joins Kaizen from SteelEye, where he has served as Chief Financial Officer since 2020. He brings more than 15 years of CFO and senior financial leadership experience across fast-growth technology and RegTech businesses, including previous CFO roles at RegTek Solutions and TIM Group.

During his career, Bernstein has supported growing technology businesses through periods of significant expansion, bringing extensive experience in financial strategy, commercial performance and building finance functions capable of supporting ambitious growth.

His appointment follows the arrival of Sam North as Chief Product Officer last week, further strengthening Kaizen’s executive team as the company scales its regulatory reporting assurance platform and broader business.
