Kaizen Reporting wins ‘Regulatory Reporting Solution of the Year’ at the FOW International Awards 2020

London, 9 December 2020 – Leading regulatory technology firm, Kaizen Reporting has won ‘Regulatory Reporting Solution of the Year’ at the FOW International Awards 2020 for its ReportShield™ Accuracy Testing service.

The FOW International Awards were judged by a panel of industry experts and the FOW editorial team and recognise the very best in innovation, achievement and commitment to the market in the global cleared derivatives industry.

Luke Jeffs, Managing Editor of Global Investor Group, commented: “This year’s awards were as competitive as ever and Kaizen stood out for the uniqueness and comprehensiveness of their quality assurance services for trade and transaction reporting.  A service like Kaizen’s Accuracy Testing is helping to improve the integrity of the data being reported to the regulators and in doing so enables them to better monitor the markets.”

Dario Crispini, CEO of Kaizen, commented: “We are honoured to end this year with being recognised as having the Regulatory Reporting Solution of the Year at the FOW International Awards 2020. Regulatory reporting data quality continues to be an issue for firms with reporting obligations such as EMIR, Dodd-Frank, MAS and other G20 regulations. We are delighted to be recognised by the global derivatives industry for the help we are giving clients in this important area. What a brilliant way to finish 2020.”

Kaizen’s Accuracy Testing is an automated managed service that tests the quality of trade and transaction reporting data reported to the regulator. What makes the service unique is its ability to test all data fields on all reports, giving clients a full picture of their reporting quality.

This year Kaizen has expanded its suite of services outside of reporting assurance. In Q3 Kaizen launched its Shareholding Disclosure Service which provides an automated shareholding monitoring and reporting solution to financial institutions who are exposed to disclosure requirements. In Q4 Kaizen acquired Single Rulebook and in doing so now provides a solution that lets firms search, share and manage the multitude of complex regulatory rules on a single digital platform.

This is the fifth industry award for Kaizen in 2020.  In addition to today’s FOW award, Kaizen has been recognised with:
