Kaizen and London Reporting House have written a joint article which has been featured in ISLA 30, a special publication by the Securities Finance Times, marking ISLA’s 30th Securities Finance & Collateral Management Conference.
In the article we question whether regulation has been a help or hindrance to the securities lending and repo markets, and argue that regulatory requirements have in fact paved the way for incredible growth in these markets.
