Francesco is a regulatory management professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Before joining Kaizen, he was Chief Compliance Officer at CME European Trade Repository. His considerable CV also includes Senior Compliance Manager at Royal Bank of Scotland and Front Office Compliance Advisor at JP Morgan Securities.

Overview 

This half-day course* provides a core understanding of the EMIR trade reporting requirements. It covers the regulatory drivers, the reporting scope, trading scenarios and the key fields that comprise an EMIR trade report.

The course also includes an exam that will enable candidates to demonstrate their understanding of the trade reporting requirements.

*Please note we are currently running this course virtually over two days, split into two 2 hour and 30 minute sessions.
