Shruti has a strong background in client development and retention in the RegTech space. 

Shruti is skilled in establishing and growing strong customer relationships and is experienced in streamlining internal processes and stakeholder management. She has worked closely with departments such as product and marketing, to successfully deliver projects.

She has a wealth of experience in regulatory reporting and has previously worked as head of client experience at at a large RegTech firm specifically working in regulatory assurance. Shruti also worked in a business development role within a Fintech consultancy firm and has headed up multiple client services teams at IHS Markit (now part of S&P) based in London and New York.
