Ross has 26 years’ experience within major financial institutions and trade associations.

From 2014-2021, he worked as a Senior Policy Advisor at the UK’s Investment Association (IA), responsible for many elements within their risk, compliance and legal team. This included running multiple member committees, being the point person for EMIR and representing the IA and various sell-side and buy-side working groups. This experience put him in a great position to help grow our Kaizen community of regulatory reporting professionals. Prior to 2014, Ross was a Regulatory Reporting Manager at Standard Chartered Bank.

Ross works within our Relationship Management team, helping to improve the experience of our clients.
