Rob has over 10 years’ experience across transaction reporting and joined Kaizen in November 2022 as a MiFID specialist.

He started his career with Standard Chartered supporting the implementation and on-going compliance across several global transaction reporting requirements. Robert relocated to Singapore to support the Global Regulatory Operations function, supporting the implementation of EMIR L3 and MiFID II go-lives. Whilst in Singapore Rob supported a tier-1 bank establish a delegated reporting function. On returning to the UK in 2020, Rob joined Hargreaves Lansdown as their sole Transaction Reporting Specialist and shaped a comprehensive remediation project.
