Robbie is a Relationship Manager, responsible for providing an exceptional service to our clients from the initial onboarding and engagement, through to delivery.

He initially joined Kaizen as a Sales Operations Specialist, supporting with the onboarding of clients and sales process improvements including lead-generation.

Prior to Kaizen, Robbie spent 4 years working in client facing roles in the financial services industry, most recently as a client operations team manager.
