Priscilla heads up Kaizen’s Sales Operations function, which enables and supports our client facing team including relationship management and sales.
She helps shape and optimise Kaizen’s sales operational capabilities, from developing and implementing policies and procedures to supporting key stakeholders with data analytics and reporting.
Priscilla has experience in project management and business analysis. Prior to Kaizen she was a business analyst at Vodafone where she was pivotal in the streamlining of its after-sales operations process.
She has also been involved in Kaizen’s sustainability initiative.
