Chris supports the strategic and operational business development across Kaizen and is also a subject matter expert in MiFIR trade reporting.

With more than 22 years financial services experience, Chris joined Kaizen in 2018 from Simplitium (formerly Boat) where he specialised in regulatory product development. He helped to build and sell the Approved Publication Arrangement (APA) solution, TRADEcho, in partnership with the London Stock Exchange.

Chris spent nine years at UBS as an operations manager across asset classes, businesses, and regions. In 2013 he moved to the network management team that looked after the procurement and relationship management of UBS’s agent bank, custodian and vendor network, across the investment bank, wealth management and asset management arms of the UBS group.  Chris’ early career was spent at Credit Suisse.
