A technical expert in shareholding disclosures, Angie spearheads our Shareholding Disclosure Service.  

She has previously managed global and regional shareholding disclosure and advisory teams at UBS, Morgan Stanley, Barclays Capital and Deutsche Bank, including implementing disclosure systems. 

Angie was on the advisory board that originally consulted on the design of the aosphere “Rulefinder” shareholding disclosure product from global law firm, Allen and Overy, which is now used by Kaizen’s Shareholding Disclosure Service. 

She was recognised in the Innovate Finance ‘Women in Fintech Powerlist 2021‘, and has also chaired shareholding disclosure forums of industry experts some of which she has co-chaired with Thomson Reuters (now Refinitiv).
