London, 11 December 2024 – Kaizen, a leading provider of regulatory compliance solutions for global financial institutions, today announced that it has been selected for the RegTech 100 listing, an exclusive directory of the world’s most innovative RegTech companies, for the fifth time.
The RegTech100 companies are chosen by a panel of analysts and industry experts as the world’s most innovative and disruptive businesses in the regulatory technology space that are seeking to help financial institutions manage the fast-paced changes brought on by ongoing regulatory updates and technological advances.
Chosen from a longlist of nearly 1,500 companies worldwide, Kaizen was selected for its RegTech solutions which provide a network of services for the compliance and reporting community on one platform.
Kaizen has become the global leader in quality assurance for regulatory reporting with its award-winning ReportShield™ solutions. More recently it has diversified its product suite to include solutions for managing and reporting shareholding disclosures, regulatory rules management, trade and e-comms surveillance and research management. It has also invested in London Reporting House and Cumulus9.
Dario Crispini, CEO of Kaizen, said, “We are very honoured to have been selected as a RegTech100 company for the fifth time and to be recognised for the range of compliance solutions we offer our clients. As we head into 2025, the pace of regulatory change continues unabated, putting increased pressure on firms. In this increasingly complex environment, firms are looking for solutions that help them to reduce costs, increase operational efficiencies and stay ahead of regulatory change. Thank you to Fintech Global for the accolade and well done to everyone at Kaizen for their hard work and innovation.”
Mariyan Dimitrov, Director of Research at RegTech Analyst, said. “As we reach the eighth annual RegTech100 we are seeing another year of growth in the RegTech industry and this year was as competitive as ever with nearly 1,500 companies applying to be in the top 100. Kaizen and the compliance solutions they offer made them a notable contender for the 2025 RegTech 100. Congratulations to Kaizen and the team for making this year’s list which is now the fifth time that they have been included in this prestigious listing.”
